The CompanyOur client is a large, well-established organisation operating within a regulated public-interest environment. The organisation works closely with government departments, regulators, elected representatives and a wide range of external stakeholders.The organisation is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to the Group CEO and Group Director of Corporate Services to provide confidential, executive-level support within the Executive Director's Office.This is a critical role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the most senior level.Key responsibilities include:Providing confidential, proactive and high-level personal and executive support to the Group CEOManaging the CEO's diary, correspondence, travel and meeting arrangementsDrafting letters, reports, presentations and briefing papers on behalf of the CEO and senior leadershipActing as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing sensitive internal and external communicationsLiaising with senior external stakeholders including government departments, regulators, local authorities, political representatives and media contactsOrganising and servicing Group Board, Subsidiary Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, paper collation, minute-taking and use of secure board portalsSupporting the effective operation of the Senior Management Team through coordination of meetings, papers and action trackingMaintaining secure and confidential filing systems for Board and corporate documentationManaging administrative processes related to shareholder records, governance registers and statutory documentationOverseeing budgets and expenditure within the CEO's Office, including travel, accommodation, venues, catering and office servicesProviding high-level administrative support to other members of the Senior Management Team as requiredIdentifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working across the organisationThe PersonEssential CriteriaGCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathematicsMinimum of two years' experience providing PA or Private Secretary supportProven experience servicing Boards or Committees, including agenda preparation and minute-takingExcellent organisational and diary management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently at senior levelDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to plan, prioritise and manage a complex workload effectivelyWillingness to support meetings outside normal working hoursFull UK driving licence and access to private transportBenefits Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Permanent, full-time positionProfessional, high-performing executive environmentOpportunity to work closely with senior leadership and Board-level stakeholdersAccess to training and development opportunitiesSupportive organisational culture with a strong focus on governance and best practiceHow to ApplyTo apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.Alternatively, to speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please contact Zeena Jackson via zeena.j@honeycomb.jobs.DisclaimerIf you have a disability which means you require assistance at any stage of the recruitment process, please contact us directly to discuss.
