Let's go places together.
We're looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion for delivering value who will work with our teams to deliver and configure products for our extensive range of partners, while also evolving the core services and system capabilities that underpin our partner ecosystem.
This role will play a key part in driving scalable, reliable and high-performing solutions across complex integrations and internal workflows.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical problem solver who enjoys working across interconnected systems, translating strategic objectives into structured roadmaps and high-quality delivery artefacts.
Your Journey starts here!
What you'll do as a Product Owner
Maximise the value of our products by delivering high-quality integrations and enhancements across core services, optimising scalability, reliability and performance across partner-facing and internal systems.
Own and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap within your domain, balancing strategic objectives, technical dependencies and operational requirements to drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
Clearly articulate and manage requirements, working with stakeholders and the delivery team to break down, outline and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Have a clear focus on always delivering business value.
Take ownership for successful delivery and launch of solutions, collaborating effectively across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful outcomes.
Work closely with Product Managers to understand business and commercial context, priority and support definition of solutions.
Work closely with our Go-Live, Partner Management, Trading, Supply, Data Science and Finance teams to understand technology and business requirements across internal and external systems.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to understand the capabilities of our products, APIs and services, and the options for scaling and configuring them effectively.
Producing high quality artefacts related to business rules, requirements, features etc to ensure that information is readily available and clearly communicated to the wider organisation.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and support product managers in shaping product roadmap initiatives.
Maximise the value of our products by delivering best-in-class integrations, optimising scalability and driving performance of products for existing partners.
What you'll bring to the team
3 years' experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, ideally delivering web and/or API-driven products within an e-commerce context.
Comfortable engaging in discussions around APIs, system behaviour, dependencies and performance to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Agile / Scrum certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO) is desirable.
Third-level qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline OR equivalent practical experience in a product, technology, or delivery role.
Strong understanding of lean/agile principles and the full software delivery lifecycle.
Experience working on backend or service-oriented products, including integrations, data flows or operational systems, is an advantage.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leadership to drive product outcomes.
Strong backlog management experience: refinement, prioritisation, dependency management, release planning.
Comfortable using data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact (e.g., conversion, performance, quality).
Demonstrated ability to apply both creative and analytical thinking to complex problem-solving.
Experience working across multiple devices and channels to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
