With a focus on technology driven solutions, US Bank Global Fund Services Ireland Ltd. adopts a client centric service model, where all aspects of NAV production are delivered from City Quay in Dublin 2. We are looking for the best talent to continue to grow our organisation with challenging, dynamic roles and excellent career prospects.Responsibilities: Full competency in accounting and reporting functions for closed-end and evergreen fund structures.Review various quarterly and ad hoc deliverables, such as Client reporting, invoice payments and Man Co reporting.Serve as primary operational contact for a range of clients ensuring that a good working relationship is maintained, and deliverables are continually met.Work with Fund Accounting Director to plan and provide coaching and training to the team.Ensure all new processes are documented and all funds procedures are reviewed periodically and updated when and where necessary.Ability to cover the operations of all funds within the team, when required.Work on projects / ad hoc tasks as required.Continually review processes for operational risks, efficiency and technology development opportunities.Ensure smooth delivery of fund audits. Managing clients, auditor and draft accounts within an agreed time frame.Understand and review all key areas of fund legal documents that are relevant to service delivery.Establish strong working relationships with other business lines within U.S. Bank.Requirements: 8+ years' experience working in a hedge fund administration firm is required (at least 2 years in a managerial role).Knowledge of Advent Geneva preferred.Have a strong knowledge of different asset types, such as ABS, CFD, loans and bonds.Review of interest accruals.Review of expense accruals, ensuring they are in line with agreed budgets/High level of organisational skill.Ability to be flexible and be able to pivot from one task to another or to ad hoc requests that may arise from time to time.Experience servicing a large client in a fast-paced environment.Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to quickly recognise changing priorities and refocus efforts of the team accordinglyAccessibilityWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment experience.
