Business Leadership Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar environment within catering and hospitality, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, develop, and engage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the catering and hospitality team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service standards.
* Monitor financial performance, maintaining costs within pre-set targets.
* Identify opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and company standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
* Manage, develop, and engage your team, creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a similar environment within catering and hospitality.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and engage teams.
* Experience in managing P&L accounts with solid financial awareness.
* Knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements (CIEH / COSHH / HACCP).
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding food quality and front-of-house services.
