Administrative Business Partner for Large Customer Sales
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience of providing polished and professional administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
* Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and manage time efficiently.
* Effective organizational skills, with careful attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
* Comfortable leading small to medium-sized projects and managing up or across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. This includes calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting deadlines.
* Partner closely with directors to help them scale their operations across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, handling confidential information as necessary.
* Collaborate with the global ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects. Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities.
* Streamline existing operations and implement new strategies to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
