Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to align on the vision and roadmap for payroll systems and servicesProvide subject matter expertise on payroll technology capabilities and how technology changes impact payroll and P&C processes and the wider payroll and P&C ecosystemEnsure operational continuity of payroll services, supporting incident resolution and BAU processesOversee and contribute to payroll implementation projects, working with regional leads and external vendors to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate across regions with the Head of Global Payroll, Global Process Owner for payroll, Payroll Transformation Manager, regional payroll managers, in-country leaders, and regional P&C leadership to ensure consistent and compliant payroll executionSupport integrations between T&A systems and payroll systemsSupport integrations between Workday and payroll systems, with hands-on knowledge of PICOF and PECI integrationsRepresent payroll technology in cross-functional forums and governance groupsMonitor service delivery, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement effortsWhat You’ll BringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:8+ years’ Product Owner experience in a complex and fast-paced environment5+ years experience working in Payroll as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Payroll Partner with payroll product knowledge.Demonstrated experience managing or supporting global payroll systemsStrong understanding of payroll operations, including regional and in-country variationsExperience with payroll implementations and/or transitions to third-party providersProven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, internally and externallyUnderstanding of P&C operations and how they intersect with payrollStrong vendor management, service delivery, and issue resolution skillsAbout PrimarkAt Primark, people matter.
