We are recruiting for a leading global professional services firm, in their Dublin offices within their Tax Team. We have roles in both Corporate Tax and also Private Clients Tax, and welcome applicants from both.This can be at Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager level and would suit a tax professional with corporate, personal, owner managed business, or a mixed tax background. The team provides a full suite of tax advisory and compliance services, dealing with the domestic and international tax affairs of the business itself, owners, employees and other stakeholders. The team also works with many high net worth and high-profile individuals, advising them on their personal needs as well as their business holdings or investment structures.Key responsibilitiesManage the successful delivery of tax advisory projects across a range of mattersHelp people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff.Role in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and also through managing staff development and assignments.Build and maintain relationships with clients.Contact with Revenue & Customs and other third parties, including major financial institutions, lawyers and wealth advisory businesses.Skills and attributes for successDemonstrated track record of leading the delivery of Irish tax advice to clients.Technical and practical tax knowledge and experience in advising any of the following: corporates, individuals, families and their investment structures.Client focused and strategically and commercially aware.Strong client relationship management skills with ability to develop quality outputs to clientsEffective time management, ability to meet client deadlinesExcellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oralEnthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teamsEnsure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery teamComputer literacy, with the ability to adapt to new systems.To qualify for the role you must haveACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualificationStrong tax technical skillsInitiative, professionalism and confidenceExperience of coaching and developing junior staffEligibility to work in Ireland, sponsorship is not offeredThe ability to motivate a team; manage, mentor and train junior staff and work with people from across the business
