Responsibilities
TikTok's SMB team helps businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. As an SMB Account Manager in Dublin, you will partner with high‑value SMB advertisers to activate, nurture and grow accounts, focusing on revenue, advertiser education and satisfaction.
Raise the bar – be results‑focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients; identify and pitch compelling sales propositions to large groups of clients with minimal customization.
Make your own discoveries – gain deep understanding of TikTok’s products, processes and tools, and demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting.
Assume ownership – work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale, aligning with their business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Passionate about TikTok marketing and willing to build something from the bottom up.
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.
Critical thinking, analytical skills, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
Team‑working skills and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, international environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Romanian and English (essential for the role covering the Romanian market).
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to C‑level executives and/or marketing decision makers.
Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
