Head Chef - Cork Hotel - €50k We are currently recruiting a Head Chef for our client based in a luxurious property in Cork. Running a high volume outlet with multiple services, the candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure high standards and creative menus are implemented. Key Responsibilities: To Deliver exceptional quality and consistency throughout the offering. To manage and maintain costs in line with the agreed targets To liaise with the Executive Chef to ensure seasonal changes to menus to keep them fresh To Schedule staff in accordance with Business needs Encourage and promote a healthy culture for the team. Liaise with other team leads to ensure a smooth service across the board.
