What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be managing and developing a medical recruitment desk, working across disciplines that may include doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, healthcare management, and wider clinical roles. You'll drive business development activity, manage key client accounts, mentor junior members of the team where applicable, and take ownership of delivering outstanding results across the full 360° recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
You'll have a minimum of 4 years' recruitment consultancy experience with a strong background in medical, healthcare, or life sciences recruitment. You'll have a proven billing track record at senior level, the confidence to develop new business, and the relationship-building skills to become a trusted partner to your clients. A solid understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape will be a significant advantage.
