What You'll Be Doing
As Project Manager, you will:
Lead a team of project, process, and mechanical engineers
Work closely with clients to understand, manage, and exceed expectations
Oversee design, procurement, construction & testing across the full project lifecycle
Drive internal teams to deliver on their specific project objectives
Ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
Collaborate with suppliers & subcontractors to meet technical requirements
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and protect commercial objectives
Review client specifications, scopes, P&IDs, and manage change control
Approve equipment purchase requisitions and ensure correct documentation
Conduct design reviews with engineering and production teams
Support FAT and commissioning to ensure successful system validation
What You Bring
5+ years' experience in a similar project management role
BEng in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Chemical Engineering or similar
Mechanical & process engineering experience - ideally in pharma/biotech
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence at all levels
Proactive, organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
