About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brand Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium in-store experience by blending exceptional visual presentation with proactive selling and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage proactively with customers and store teams, driving sales through persuasive selling techniques.
2. Negotiate with store management to secure optimum visibility, shelf positioning, and stock availability.
3. Ensure consistent, high-standard visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
4. Audit stores regularly to confirm they carry the appropriate product range, addressing any gaps proactively.
5. Build and develop positive, professional relationships with store management, becoming the trusted representative of the brand.
6. Provide insightful feedback regarding competitor activity and market trends.
7. Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities to boost customer engagement and sales.
8. Utilize digital tools for detailed reporting on store visits, stock management, and merchandising standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and visual merchandising roles, ideally within premium retail.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales growth and optimal product positioning.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for premium product presentation.
* Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships from shop floor to management level.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic IT reporting tools.
* Fully clean driving licence.
* Flexibility to travel regularly between various store locations.
