About the Role
* We are looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Manager to lead our high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive improvements, manage competing priorities, and build scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a team of People Operations ICs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
* Build team capability and engagement through clear expectations, growth opportunities, and accountability.
* Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture grounded in our values.
Operational Ownership:
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of People Operations services, including onboarding, off-boarding, case management, data administration, and compliance.
* Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive employee queries and cases.
* Ensure policies and processes are delivered consistently and with a focus on experience and compliance.
Process Optimisation & Automation:
* Drive improvements across systems and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance service delivery.
* Collaborate with the People Leadership Team on technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
* Document, standardise, and scale People Ops processes across global teams.
Strategic HR Project Delivery:
* Contribute to cross-functional projects and lead delivery of key HR initiatives (performance cycle, reviews, engagement surveys).
* Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new programs or processes.
Data & Insights:
* Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and tools.
* Analyse lifecycle, engagement, and case data to identify trends and inform improvements.
* Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders across the People team and business.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of HR or People Operations experience, including people leadership and operational ownership.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and build scalable processes.
* Strong working knowledge of global HR practices including onboarding, case management, compliance, and data handling.
* A mindset for continuous improvement and comfort with tools, systems, and automation.
* Participation in or delivery of cross-functional strategic projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach others and partner across teams.
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or international environments.
