Principal Product Manager – Platform

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager specialising in Platform Management to drive the requirements of our SaaS and mobile products, ensuring we continually deliver high‑quality, value‑added features for our customers. The scope includes Data Management, Authorization Management, Analytics, and other backbone functionality.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the Product Roadmap for one core module.
Create a strong product strategy based on customer needs, market and competitive landscape.
Define clear product use cases from customers, pre‑sales, marketing and stakeholders to lead engineering squads.
Understand deeply the “whys” of product features, the problems they solve and the value they deliver.
Perform deep work on complex features to ensure they are easy to use and scalable.
Collaborate with engineering on architectural problems to guarantee correct technical decisions.
Build strong relationships with key customers, influence implementation strategy, and manage difficult conversations.
Ensure a consistent and value‑added user experience by working cross‑collaboratively with other product managers.
Facilitate enablement of the Services team so they understand the product’s What and Why.
Coordinate with Product Marketing, Services and Customer Support to maintain a strong communication loop and capture feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience building, leading, and delivering B2B/Enterprise SaaS products.
In‑depth understanding of SaaS platforms, specifically data and authorization management.
Previous customer‑facing role with high‑value enterprise customers.
Good understanding of user‑centered design processes.
Experience with data management or analytics software is a plus.
Experience with integrations or iPass is a plus.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong team‑player mindset and the ability to prioritise.
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with analytics/reporting tools or mobile applications.
Experience with PowerBI.
