About Us:
O’Reilly Sports is one of Ireland’s leading custom sportswear brands, designing and supplying high-quality performance apparel to clubs, schools, and businesses nationwide. As we open our brand new retail shop in Ballybofey, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Shop Manager to lead the store’s daily operations and drive success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to meet sales targets
Manage stock levels, ordering, merchandising, and inventory control
Oversee opening and closing procedures, till operations, and cash handling
Coordinate in-store promotions and collaborate with the head office on marketing campaigns
Monitor performance KPIs and report on sales and customer trends
Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail management role
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a great in-store experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Organised, proactive, and hands-on with a strong work ethic
Experience with POS systems and stock management
Interest in sports, fitness, or apparel is a bonus
