Join us.The Principal AI Agent Architect & Strategy Consultant is a senior-level, client-facing expert responsible for establishing and accelerating the firm's Artificial Intelligence practice. This role requires deep technical expertise in advanced Generative AI architectures and autonomous agent development, combined with proven strategic consulting and client relationship management skills.The primary purpose is to define the firm's AI Point of View (POV), translate complex AI agent capabilities into viable business value propositions, lead high-stakes client strategy engagements, and oversee the architectural design of billable AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesThe individual must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:Strategy & POV: Contribute to the firm's commercial and technical POV, policies, and architecture regarding AI, Generative AI, and autonomous agent systems to secure competitive advantage.Client Consulting: Lead executive-level workshops to identify high-ROI AI use cases, assess organizational readiness, and develop ethical AI adoption roadmaps.Solution Structuring: Translate high-level business problems into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client data governance, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local data laws).Pre-Sales: Partner with sales and account teams to structure, scope, and estimate complex AI consulting engagements, acting as the definitive subject matter expert.Practice Enablement: Support the firm's practice integrations by providing AI learning/training and developing expertise in platforms like Workday.Agent Design: Design and architect multi-step, autonomous AI agent systems (leveraging LLMs, Vector Databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen), focusing on scalability, reliability, and observability.Architecture Governance: Establish best practices, technical standards, and Quality Assurance processes for all AI and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) workflows.Tooling Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and recommend AI builder tools, platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.), and infrastructure choices based on performance and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).Ethical Oversight: Ensure all AI strategies and architectural designs adhere to established ethical principles and minimize risks related to bias, transparency, and data privacy.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and professional documentation of methodologies, architectures, and client recommendations.QualificationsProven mastery of technical consulting and AI architecture, typically gained over 10+ years of progressive experience, including:Technical Consulting or Professional Services experience, with a proven history as a billable, client-facing resource.Designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows.Specific, demonstrable experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents (reasoning, tool-use, multi-step planning).Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related MLOps tooling.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive, non-technical audiences.Experience with low-code/no-code AI agent builder tools (e.g., Flowise, LlamaIndex) is preferred.Prior experience integrating AI/ML models within complex enterprise platforms is preferred.Exposure to developing non-AI applications within complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, SAP) in a consulting context is preferred.Pay Transparency StatementKognitiv is committed to a transparent and equitable compensation structure, which is determined by a variety of factors including skill set, experience, education, market data, and internal equity.
