Job Title: Data Management Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate, approve and report on credit notes.
* Calculate rebates and price changes for customers.
* Produce daily and weekly reports for depot managers and other departments.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports for all customers.
* Process weekly and monthly invoices for our business.
* Support Team Leads in month-end processes, including data checks.
* Perform ad-hoc duties requested by Department Manager.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* A professional telephone manner and enthusiasm.
* The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Strong attention to detail.
