Clubforce technology allows volunteers, parents, and players to work together more effectively and receive information at the right time so every member can participate to their best.Clubforce is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers in transitioning to our new platform and getting the best from our products and services.What You'll DoAt Clubforce, the Customer Support Representative will join a growing team focused on resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. The primary aspect of this role will be to engage with our existing client database who can be upgraded on the platform. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with a good working knowledge of software. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the Clubforce reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support throughout the customer journey.Responsibilities· Engage with our client database and assist them with updating to the new platform. This involve contacting clubs, answering their queries on the new platform and providing a full overview of the process. There will also be the opportunity to upsell for certain clients for other Clubforce productsLiaise and coordinate with different departments (Technical, Sales, Support) as we process club upgrades.Support the club activating on the new platform through the onboarding process. through the provision of readiness and training materials ensuring that they begin to trade successfully.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat, identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the system. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.Analyse and report product issues and liaise with different departments to resolve issues.
