The role reports directly to the Head of Finance, Control & Reporting and is ideal for candidates with hands-on finance experience in Ireland who are looking to develop their career in industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and post journals, accruals and prepaymentsMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and close filesSupport preparation of management accounts and financial reportsPerform bank reconciliations and post daily banking transactionsAssist with Revenue submissions (NORA, Duty, RCT)Support internal and external audit processesContribute to process improvement and finance efficienciesLiaise with internal stakeholders, auditors and external partnersRequirementsQQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or BusinessPart-qualified accountant or Accounting Technician desirableMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance role in IrelandStrong experience with accounting systems and ExcelHigh attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approachStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a commercially focused mindsetWhat's on OfferCompetitive SalaryPension scheme with auto-enrolment€250 annual wellness allowance (post-probation)21 days annual leave + Good FridayHybrid working modelLong-term opportunity in a stable, growing Irish business
