You have a great opportunity to be part of a team to support and develop and grow UltraGrime to be the number 1 selling wipe globally by visiting existing stockists and representing the brand in a professional and engaging way. Your primary area of responsibility and activity is to merchandise all UltraGrime products and support stockists in driving and improving sales of the UltraGrime range, utilising the expansive POS options available and delivering a best in class set up and implementing impactful displays that present the UltraGrime product range in line with the brand guidelines across a wide variety of retailers and stockists.
You will be expected to promote the whole product range to new and existing customers and increase ranging and stock volume / sales whilst also finding new UltraGrime end users by acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the product range at every opportunity utilising all the tools available at your disposal.
The area of coverage would be Ireland North and South.
Responsibilities
* Working within the area merchandising team to maximise our market share and achieve KPI and sales targets.
* Maintain and help grow new and existing relationships with customers to ensure we are viewed as their No.1 supplier.
* Support the Business development team with requests for visits and merchandising support and any one-off activities / requests.
* Be able to role model and maintain a level of professionalism that is expected from a growing global company.
* Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to assess compliance, identify opportunities and share feedback,.
* Ability to plan time effectively to achieve the maximum number of visits in a working week
* Deliver engaging product and brand training sessions to retail / trade staff
* Maintaining the existing customer base, developing new business and gaining a detailed customer understanding, Ability to overcome obstacles and objections to increase sales.
* Identify new stockists, and end users through local knowledge of your geographic area to develop new business opportunities.
* Product Merchandising skills ensuring VM execution meets brand and operational expectations
