Repeio has partnered with a company who are looking for an R&D Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation vehicle systems. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building real-world solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Contributing to the research and development of intelligent automotive systems
* Designing, prototyping, and validating hardware/software components
* Analysing performance data and building models to support system optimisation
* Rapidly troubleshooting technical issues and improving product reliability
* Working closely with engineers across software, electronics, and mechanical teams
* Delivering practical, production-ready solutions that enhance safety and performance
You'll be working across domains like automation, vision systems, mechatronics, and data analysis-on both short-term and long-range R&D initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
* Experience with automotive systems, automation, vision, or mechatronics
* Strong programming and data analysis skills (e.g., Python, C++)
* A methodical, analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
* Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
