Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork & Belfast. Responsibilities: Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system. Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery. Customer Relationship Management: Assist Business Development Executives in managing customer onboardings and knowledge transfer with internal teams. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Sales Documentation: Prepare and distribute sales quotes, proposals, and information requests relating to new contracts. Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities and present at weekly team meeting. Provide sales performance data to support strategic decision-making. Sales Support Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Training and Onboarding: Participate in organised systems training provided to you. Highlight any gaps in knowledge share that benefit your role. Support the onboarding process for new sales team members. Provide training on sales tools, systems, and best practices. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Autotask desired. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
