Our product range includes commercial and medical refrigeration and calibrations.More recently, we have diversified into printing and paper bag manufacturing, delivering high-quality, custom-printed bags for the retail, food, and pharmacy sectors.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing primarily on the branded paper bags division. This is a sales-led, internal and field-based, customer-facing role focused on developing new business, engaging prospects, and expanding relationships with our existing customers.The successful candidate will generate new and existing leads by building relationships and leveraging existing business channels to cross-sell products across our portfolio.To maximise sales opportunities, the position also includes on-site calibrations, which create sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a territory sales plan focused on new business and cross-selling opportunities.Identify and generate leads through research, referrals, networking, and outbound activity.Leverage existing customer relationships to introduce complementary Ace Group products and services.Conduct in-person visits to customer sites to assess needs, present solutions, and close business.Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.Record all interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).Use professional social media tools (such as LinkedIn) to identify prospects, make connections, and nurture relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and sales opportunities are maximised.Skills & ExperienceMinimum of two years' experience in a field sales or business development role, ideally B2B.Proven ability to self-generate leads and close new business.Experience with CRM and lead tracking tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Apollo.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Comfortable using social media tools for professional networking and lead generation.Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.Full clean driving licence required.Background in packaging-related sectors is desirable but not essential.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeExperience:B2B sales: 2 years (required)Language:Fluent English Written & Spoken (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Willingness to travel:25% (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Blessington Business Park, Blessington, CO.
