Excel Recruitment seeks an experienced culinary leader to join their team in Galway. This key member of the kitchen team will be responsible for developing and directing a team to create exceptional dining experiences that exceed customer expectations.
This role requires formal culinary training, 2-3 years experience in high-volume catering environments such as hotels or event venues, excellent communication skills and experience leading a team of chefs in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will create and deliver exceptional results using fresh local ingredients at every stage of production, and will join a company dedicated to quality and excellence.
