Job Summary:
The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in supporting Manufacturing and Technical Departments at our site.
Key responsibilities include calibration/maintenance, introduction of new plant/equipment, provision of tooling, jigs and fixtures, and development of robust processes and operations.
* Develop, install and maintain planned maintenance and calibration schedules to ensure all plant and equipment is in calibration at all times.
* Work with manufacturing and technical personnel to ensure jigs, fixtures and tooling are available at all times to support production schedules.
* Ensure safety features are in full working order and provide a rapid response and troubleshooting service to manufacturing and technical teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years in a maintenance environment, including at least 2 years in medical device/pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics manufacturing experience.
Experience in PLC Logic programming and wiring is beneficial.
