Senior NFT Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior NFT Manager to lead and drive excellence within a Non-Functional Testing (NFT) practice, encompassing Performance, NFT, and EDM services. This role offers the chance to shape strategy, manage high-performing teams, and contribute to business development and delivery success across multiple client engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations and delivery of Non-Functional Testing services, ensuring high-quality outcomes, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Translate service strategies and objectives into actionable plans for the practice team. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical proposals, and client presentations. Manage workload allocation, resource planning, and delivery across multiple projects and clients. Act as the first point of escalation for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams. Develop and lead a team of managers, supervisors, and engineers-ensuring strong performance, motivation, and skills growth. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards. Define resource needs and support recruitment processes (permanent hires and subcontractors). Provide accurate and timely reporting on team performance, delivery status, and service metrics. Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent in Quality Engineering disciplines. Essential Skills Strong client engagement and advisory capabilities with an ability to articulate solution benefits clearly. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent self-management abilities with a focus on continuous performance and delivery. An innovative thinker who can drive process improvements and operational excellence. Experience Required Significant senior managerial experience within IT services, technology solutions, or consultancy sectors. Track record in business development, pre-sales, and proposal creation. Deep understanding of Performance Testing, NFT, EDM, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks. Experience leading geographically dispersed delivery teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore). Ability to build trust and influence with executive-level stakeholders in complex client environments.
