This opportunity spans numerous sectors, including large-scale residential, commercial and retail development, urban regeneration, tourism, master planning, infrastructure and environmental projects.The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of meaningful and impactful assignments within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment.CSR will support your growth and ambition, providing the opportunity to expand the role in accordance with your skills and experience.Role Responsibilities:Overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders, clients, and team members.Creating project plans, managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of quality services.Managing team caseload and ensuring efficient execution of client instructions.Liaising with statutory bodies including County Councils and An Bord Pleanála.Developing strategies and structures in response to new legislation or policy.Representing the company at client meetings and on social media to support business growth.Mentoring junior staff for career development within the organisation.Ideal Candidate:Possesses over eight years of professional experience in planning.Holds an accredited planning qualification with IPI and/or RTPI membership, or equivalent credentials.Demonstrates expert knowledge of Irish planning legislation and regulations.Proven proficiency in development planning, feasibility studies, environmental planning, and the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and reports.Skilled in providing strategic planning guidance for project direction and forward-planning initiatives.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in complex planning scenarios.Established track record managing large-scale developments through the planning system.Experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams on projects of varying scale, with exceptional organisational capabilities.Effective communicator and collaborative team member consistently exceeding client expectations.Highly proficient in written, verbal, presentation and organisational skills.Advanced user of MS Word and Excel; prepares comprehensive, high-quality reports.Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle.Salary and Benefits:Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with skills and experience.
