About the Role
As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close. You’ll work directly with founders and leadership to help scale revenue, shape our GTM motion, and win high value enterprise customers. This is a critical early hire. We’re looking for someone highly driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment where expectations are high and momentum matters. As the company scales, this role has significant upside both financially and in long term career growth.
What You’ll Do
Run full cycle sales from outbound prospecting through to close
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Engage senior decision makers across enterprise businesses
Drive demos, commercial discussions, and negotiations
Work closely with founders on sales strategy and GTM execution
Help refine messaging, positioning, and the overall sales playbook
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM
Stay close to customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity
