Sales Office Manager
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the office and driving sales performance across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
* Leading and coaching the team to achieve sales targets.
* Developing strong relationships with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors.
* Maintaining smooth and compliant processes in line with company standards.
* Reporting on team performance and sales activity.
* Pursuing local networking opportunities and community partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CIP qualification (mandatory)
* Experience in people management or team leadership
* Strong background in sales and relationship management
* Able to motivate and manage a team
* Organised, natural leader, and great with people
* Confident in managing sales performance and setting goals
* Proficient in using systems like Microsoft Office, CRMs, etc.
* Full clean driver's licence
* Strong communicator and mentor
* Results-driven and goal-focused
* Sharp on business and commercially minded
