We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Solution Consultant (SC) to join the rapidly growing Presales Digital team. As an SC, you will provide expert-level technical and business solution consultancy during the presales process in support of the direct sales force and partners, principally through proposal production, ServiceNow product demonstrations, and the scoping and delivery of Business Value Assessments. Conveying the value of ServiceNow solutions to customers and prospects is the core focus of the Solution Consulting organization.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery;
2. Participate across the sales lifecycle in acquiring new customers;
3. Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners;
4. Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers;
5. Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environments;
6. Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects;
7. Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents;
8. Stay current on product developments and releases, ensuring proficiency for demos and POCs/POVs;
9. Maintain awareness of competitive analyses and differentiators;
10. Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products, including key regulations, business drivers, security, etc.;
11. Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services to communicate commitments and expectations for deployment;
12. Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events;
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI’s impact;
* 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a SaaS or PaaS environment;
* Ability to actively listen and provide solutions addressing customer business issues;
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
* Proven reliability in fulfilling commitments with integrity and attention to detail;
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly;
* Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, and Security Operations is advantageous.
