Cost Estimator Position

We are seeking a Cost Estimator to join our team. This is a permanent role offering strong training, career progression, and the chance to work with leading brands.


The Role

* Preparing accurate estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for mechanical and cleanroom projects.
* Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure correct pricing.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify scope, gather quotations, and build cost breakdowns.
* Assisting with procurement processes to ensure value and compliance.
* Supporting the project team with cost analysis, forecasting, and documentation as projects progress.

* Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
* Will consider graduates for this role.
* Have experience in estimating, cost analysis, or tendering (cleanroom, building services, or mechanical contracting background is an advantage).
* Possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Be detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
* Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
