Job Title: Employment Caseworker
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Employment Caseworker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection, managing their caseload and coordinating support specialists and external organisations to provide a personalised employment support service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable, full-time employment.
2. Use our industry-leading assessment technology to identify clients' goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
3. Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when they are job ready.
4. Identify, structure, and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors to meet the specific learning and training needs of clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A strong customer service background, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent administrative skills, including fast and accurate data entry.
* The ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both in person and over the phone.
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
