Your Role
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service directly to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, including:
* Oil and filter changes.
* Tire rotations and air filter replacements.
* Lubrication and other minor services.
* Complete Factory Recalls scheduled by the service department.
* Meet customers at their homes, workplaces, or fleet locations, providing a convenient and professional service experience.
* Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure safety and identify potential service needs.
* Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
* Collaborate with the Mobile Service Manager to prepare for upcoming appointments and maintain inventory on the service van.
* Maintain a mobile van service log to ensure the equipment is always in top condition.
* Stay current by participating in manufacturer training programs and events.
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow in the automotive industry.
Qualifications:
* but NOT Required: Previous vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
* A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
* Basic computer competencies and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
* Excellent customer service skills—you’ll be the face of our operation!
* Dexterity, steady hands, and good hand-eye coordination.
* Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Must meet benefit eligibility requirements (waiting period may apply).
