Job Title: Guarding Operations Lead
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our security division to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guarding services across all client locations. This role involves maintaining full compliance with licensing requirements, Health & Safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the security division
* Maintain full compliance with licensing requirements, Health & Safety standards, and internal operating procedures
* Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, structured feedback, and ongoing development
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new security personnel
* Conduct site audits, welfare visits, and performance assessments to ensure continuous improvement and staff engagement
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rostering, site coverage, incident response, and regulatory compliance in a security environment. You must also have proven ability to lead, motivate, and support frontline officers, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Additionally, commercial awareness and the ability to balance service quality and cost efficiencies are essential. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment are also required. This position may require occasional out-of-hours availability to support operational needs or urgent client requests.
