We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will contribute to the achievement of Human Resources practices and objectives, fostering an employee-centric culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings in line with established policies
* E nsure compliance with Employment Law, including work permits, to maintain a robust legal framework
* Administer Company pension schemes and comprehensive benefits packages
* Liaise with Risk & Liability Managers to support Work Related Injuries, promoting a safe working environment
* Manage attendance monitoring and sporadic absence, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
* Coordinate Out of Hours Appointments (OHA) and Company doctor appointments, providing seamless support to employees
* Support Line Managers with performance concerns, managing Probation reviews and Performance appraisal systems to drive growth and development
Requirements:
* Desirable: HR Qualification or CIPD Certification
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation is essential for this role
* Prior HR generalist experience is crucial for success in this position
* Experience in social care or health-related disciplines is desirable but not mandatory
