Kara Connect is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist (Dublin) who will be responsible for product messaging, Go-To-Market enablement, and helping HR Leaders ensure their employees get access to wellbeing and mental health support through the Kara Connect Wellbeing Hub.This is a strategic hybrid role where you become both the internal product communicator and a marketing partner to our clients' People teams.If you are genuinely passionate about mental health and driving measurable impact, this role is for you.Your Impact and Focus:Drive Product GTM Strategy and Narrative: As the Product Value Communicator, you will lead the development of the core product narrative, shaping the strategic story and messaging that connects the Wellbeing Hub's value directly to the specific needs of the Human Resources customer.Copywriting & Customer Lifecycle: You will be the lead writer for our adoption engine. You will write high-converting copy and execute digital lifecycle campaigns (e.g., in-app messaging, segmented emails) aimed at driving registrations, usage, and retention.Roadmap Influence: Act as the voice of the customer. Provide critical market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer adoption recommendations that directly influence the future product roadmap and commercial packaging, pricing, and tiering strategy.Customer Engagement Advisor: In collaboration with Customer Success, you will act as the marketing expert for our clients' HR teams. You will analyse their specific engagement gaps and advise them on the best marketing solutions to ensure their employees are utilising the Wellbeing Hub.GTM Enablement: You champion alignment, making sure internal teams are fully educated and equipped before any feature launch, and you collect structured feedback from these teams, translating those insights back to the Product team to inform future iterations.How you'll be successful:Adoption Growth: A measurable increase in employee registration rates across new and existing Wellbeing Hubs.Engagement Depth: Improving the frequency of repeat session bookings and resource consumption.Campaign ROI: Successfully launching and optimising lifecycle campaigns where every email or in-app message is tied to a specific conversion goal.The Playbook: Standardising your wins into a repeatable "Adoption Playbook" that our Customer Success team can use to scale client onboarding.Your experience & skills:3+ years of experience in Product Marketing. B2B previous experience.Technical & Analytical Aptitude: You are a "self-serve" marketer. While you don't need to code, you must be comfortable navigating a modern growth stack to launch campaigns and build your own reports. We use Posthog, Intercom, and Quicksight, but we value experience in similar tools.Customer Success Mindset: Proven understanding of the Customer Success lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention) and commercial drivers. We look for the CS mindset to inform your marketing strategy.Exceptional English Communication: You must have a mastery of the English language.
