About the Role:
We're looking for a Commercial Performance Executive to help drive sales growth and revenue performance across our consumer mobile, broadband, and device portfolio. This is a hands-on commercial role, partnering closely with Sales and Propositions to turn performance data and market insight into clear actions that improve results.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
* Monitor and maintain a view of the competitive landscape (across cable, sim, device), including pricing, offers, and promotions, to support sales strategy and responses
* Provide insight to inform proposition evolution, pricing decisions and sales strategy
* Analyse performance across mobile, broadband, device- tracking revenue, ARPU, margin, attach rates
* Support sales performance reviews, providing clear insight, recommendations, and follow-up actions
* Deliver ad-hoc commercial analysis to support sales initiatives, highlighting insight, trends, pricing decisions, and business cases
* Manage relationships with third-party digital sales partners, identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve effectiveness
* Track sales issues impacting sales conversion or customer outcomes
* Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
Skills & Expertise:
* Proven experience in commercial performance with a sales first mindset
* Min 3 years experience in commercial reporting/performance sales role
* Highly proficient in Excel and familiar with Power BI
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Confident influencing sales and commercial stakeholders without direct line management
* Strong track record of growing sales through digital channels
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded, with experience negotiating and managing partner agreements

* Proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace in a commercial environment
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
* Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints to deliver results by critical deadlines
* Clear and concise management and communication skills
