By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Customer Service Sales ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesAs our Robotics Customer Service Account Manager for Ireland, you will drive the growth of ABB's Robotics service portfolio across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You'll manage existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers, secure renewals, identify new revenue opportunities, and convert installed-base customers into long-term service partners. This field-based role gives you the autonomy to own your territory while collaborating closely with our UK robotics sales, service operations, and product teams to deliver real value to our customers.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.The work model for the role is: Field-based/Hybrid across Northern and Southern Ireland and occasional trips to Milton Keynes for training and team meetings.This role is contributing to Robotics Division in Ireland.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Own and grow ABB's Robotics service business across Northern and Southern IrelandManage and develop an existing portfolio of SLA customers, ensuring renewal success and revenue retentionIdentify and convert non‑contracted installed-base customers into recurring service agreementsPromote ABB's modular service offerings, including preventive maintenance, reactive support, digital services, upgrades, training, and lifecycle solutionsDrive structured transitions from warranty to service for new robotic installationsPrepare and manage quotations aligned with ABB's commercial policy and margin requirementsConduct regular on-site visits, build strong customer relationships, and act as the primary commercial contact for the territoryMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting, using CRM tools and installed-base data to drive opportunity creationQualifications For The Role2-3+ years' experience in B2B sales or service salesDemonstrated experience managing a geographic territory (preferred)Proven ability to grow recurring revenue streamsKnowledge of robotics, automation, or manufacturing environments (desirable)Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer relationship capabilityComfortable working autonomously in a field-based roleMindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvementFull UK or Irish driving license and the willingness to travelBenefitsABB offers a full range of benefits to help you thrive at work and beyond.Competitive SalaryPrivate Medical Allowance for Yourself and FamilyCompetitive Contributory Pension SchemeEmployee Share Acquisition PlanOpen Job Market (Internal Mobility Opportunities, Mentorships & Access To Projects Globally)Employee Assistance ProgrammeGenerous Employee Referral Scheme23 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank HolidaysCompany CarGenerous Bonus SchemeMore About UsJoin ABB Ireland and be part of a dynamic team that is making a real difference.
