We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly organised sales administrator to join our teamThe Sales Administrator plays a key support role within the sales function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Sales Executives, production, and customer service to ensure orders, quotes, and client communications are handled accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales teamPrepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.Process customer orders and liaise with production and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.Maintain and update CRM systems, customer records, and sales documentation.Assist with tender documentation, pricing schedules, and proposal preparation.Handle inbound sales enquiries and support follow-up activity.Coordinate artwork approvals and product specifications with clients and internal teams.Track order progress and communicate updates to customers.Support sales reporting, forecasting, and general office administration as required.Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a sales administration, customer service, or order-processing role.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.Confident written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and office software.Experience supporting B2B sales teams is highly desirable.Experience assisting with tenders or large corporate accounts is an advantage.Personal AttributesHighly organised and methodical.Reliable, proactive, and supportive team player.Customer-focused with a professional approach.Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.Takes pride in accuracy and high-quality work.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment.Exposure to corporate and sporting organisation clients.Opportunities for development within sales or operations.A varied role in a creative and growing business.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €38,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
