Key Responsibilities
* Manage company secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients.
* Collaborate with client legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handle company incorporations, dissolutions, board changes, and amendments to constitutional documents.
* Ensure compliance with statutory filing obligations, including beneficial ownership and annual return requirements.
* Maintain statutory books and manage company files.
* Attend board meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
* Provide responsive client service for company secretarial queries.
