Dock Operative Job Description

We are seeking a Dock Operative to join our team at a container terminal in the Port of Dublin.

As a Dock Operative, you will be responsible for operating various plant and equipment, including STS and CRMG cranes, Shunt, Empty Container Handler, Reach stacker. You will also perform pre-checks on plant, machinery and equipment prior to commencing operations, reporting any damages and defects without delay.

* Operate a variety of plant and equipment as required.
* Perform pre-checks on plant, machinery and equipment prior to commencing operations.
* Report any damages and defects without delay.

You will have previous experience operating all plant and equipment and demonstrate the ability to solve problems and deliver appropriate solutions to drive forward the operation. You will be a strong team player and must have a full Irish Driving Licence.
