THE ROLE:* Monthly Management Accounts and supporting Management Information* Manage a small finance team* Manage Payroll, Employee benefits, VAT and all other relevant compliance duties* Oversee operating costs and assist with the annual budget preparation process, prepare budget updates, Profit and Loss and Cash flow forecasts* Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by Group Finance* Management of inventory, costings and stock control data* Prepare year end statutory accounts and liaise with auditorsREQUIREMENTS:* A qualified accountant with relative post qualification experience* Proven Management skills and a strong team player/negotiator* Business system experience preferably including SAP Business One* Advanced Excel skills.
