I'm looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple projects. This permanent, full-time role sits within a modern technology function and offers a great opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact systems in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in Agile delivery, team coaching, and stakeholder engagement - ideally with exposure to Java microservices and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
Lead all Agile ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
Coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Track progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts
Use tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar to manage work items
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Support best practice use of Azure services like Functions and Logic Apps
Help manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps alignment
Use your influence to remove blockers and keep delivery moving
Requirements
5+ years as a Scrum Master or in Agile team leadership
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience with Azure DevOps, or similar platforms (. Jira)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
