As a hotel receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This involves greeting guests warmly and providing top-notch customer service as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests using the Opera Reservation System
* Foster meaningful connections with guests by communicating hotel services and facilities
* Effectively manage customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed
* Process reservations and update hotel systems accurately
* Promote hotel amenities and provide courteous switchboard support
Requirements: at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, outstanding interpersonal skills, fluency in English, working knowledge of Opera PMS system and Microsoft Office suite
