Chef Position
The role of a Chef involves preparing and cooking food according to food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize the preparation and cooking of food while adhering to guidelines.
* Take instruction from senior members of the kitchen team and work in collaboration.
* Evaluate current procedures to ensure they adhere to HACCP standards.
* Operate within standard operating protocols.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Holding HACCP Level 2 certification is essential.
* Mandatory Manual Handling certification.
* Achievement of Professional Chef qualifications (Level 6).
* Valid work permits for Ireland are required.
The hourly pay rate starts at €20.42 with premium payments for Saturdays and double payments for Sundays. Excellent daytime shifts and a great work-life balance are offered.
