Job Title: Global Account Director
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Global Account Director to join our team. As the main point of contact for a portfolio of multi-sector, multi-market clients at a global level, you will be responsible for leading our relationships with each client.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Becoming the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients at a global level
* Driving growth within each market per client by ensuring our SaaS product grows within their existing B2B ecosystem
* Leading our clients in the right direction in their social media customer marketing strategies, identifying opportunities and executing on them
* Inspiring and motivating multiple stakeholders within our clients' infrastructure to achieve their best output
* Identifying and building ongoing pipelines of opportunity within each market per client
What we are looking for:
* A charismatic innovator who is fearless in taking the lead on high-profile global clients and partners, communicating with stakeholders at the most senior level
* Extensive project management and client-facing experience with a positive mentality and high levels of empathy, ensuring our clients reach their goals using our product
* The ability to understand and explain complex software ecosystems, translating this information into an understandable and relevant narrative for whomever you speak to from within clients/partners
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to have your say at a fundamental level, ensuring your stamp is on both GladCloud culture and our product growth/business development
* 5+ years of demonstrated client and management experience in a similar role
