Client focus - Deliver on our promise: You will ensure robust quality systems are in place, and suitably managed in line with service excellence.
You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.Manage the end-to-end land acquisition processes across the project including managing and supporting the; consenting phase activities; delivery phase activities; and alternative sources of funding and financing activities.Preparing consent documents.Utilising statutory powers and other available mechanisms to acquire land (CPO).Negotiation of heads of terms to secure land for projects in timely fashion utilising the appropriate mechanism.Liaising with landowners' land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, key stakeholders, and contractors.Managing and settling CPO compensation claims to achieve land transfer of the relevant property interest.Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors in Ireland.Assisting client in identifying and implementing alternative sources of funding and financing including development levies, airport fare studies, airport contribution, land value capture.Develop processes and procedures for the project in preparation for the award and exercise of enforceable railway order powers.
This is to include specifying the requirements for the necessary financial/property systems to manage land and property data to facilitate all necessary land and rights acquisition by negotiated and through compulsory powers in collaboration with the information management team.
This shall be carried out in order to provide a seamless transition to the construction phase of the project, with a legacy of the necessary data to operate and maintain the infrastructure assets thereafter.Co-ordination, and close collaboration with the client partner providing the data management team with weekly updates populated by the case manager directly into the digitalised land and property data management system, and other financial management systems once they are deployed.The task shall take due consideration of compliance, data security, GDPR and user requirements, including those of external third parties.Integrity - Always do the right thing: You will manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges and mitigations.You will support the long-term development of your function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.You will commit to making a positive impact for our people, our clients, and our planet, and take ownership for holding others to account who do not uphold the Mace values.

You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre and knowledge hub.You'll need to have: Have more than 10 years' experience in Irish property market.Have a recognised degree in property economics/surveying and be a chartered surveyor.Must complete "The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme"You'll also have: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the metro/rail sector.Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Commercial and financial acumen.
Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
