We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining the overall health of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and applications.

* Manage partitions, format drives, and troubleshoot system problems.

* Liaise with coordinators to receive upgrade schedules and manage any issues through to resolution.

* Provide onsite support at multiple sites, including travel to sites to support users within our geographical region.
">
* Establish and build on good working relationships with customers and end-users.
">
* Troubleshoot and refer hardware faults to third parties as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 1 year's experience working in an IT Support environment.
">
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
">
* Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
">
* Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
">
* Third Level Education or equivalent qualification.

* Professional certificates such as Comptia, Microsoft, or Cisco.
