Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Marketing Manager role in Co. Meath / Co. Cavan. Hybrid opportunity after training is completed Salary up to €60,000 Main Duties Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business growth targets. Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand values and identity. Manage and coordinate all in-store marketing efforts including promotional materials, signage, and POS activations. Oversee the creation of compelling digital content across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics tools, making real-time adjustments to optimize results. Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as sales, retail, and operations. Manage and update website content using the CMS, including landing pages, promotional banners, and product information. Research and apply industry trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and innovation in campaigns. Develop and manage the content calendar to maintain consistent and strategic communication. Organize and execute marketing-led events including brand activations, trade shows, and community partnerships. Report on marketing performance metrics and deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decisions. Coordinate with external contractors and agencies to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. Build and implement strategies for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle engagement. Apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic traffic across all digital properties. Use data insights to continually improve user experience and increase website conversion rates. Work collaboratively to gather content from across the business for marketing use. Maintain marketing budgets within company guidelines and monitor spend against campaign outcomes. Attend internal meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure timely task completion. Protect and uphold brand integrity in all external communications and visual materials. Develop and deliver targeted content strategies that drive engagement and increase brand visibility. Manage company-owned digital channels, ensuring regular updates and alignment with current campaigns. Analyse user engagement and campaign effectiveness through digital analytics platforms. Stay informed about digital tools and platforms that can improve marketing performance and efficiency. Support the sales and customer engagement functions through aligned marketing initiatives. Main requirements: Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Strong understanding of brand management, content strategy, and customer engagement techniques. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CMS, email marketing software, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and optimise campaigns for performance.
