Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of probate matters, including wills, estates, and trusts. Provide expert legal guidance and support to clients throughout the probate process. Draft and review legal documentation relating to probate and estate planning. Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration of estates. Represent clients in court where required and manage any disputes that may arise. Keep up to date with developments and changes in probate law. Qualifications & Requirements Qualified Solicitor with experience in probate law. Strong understanding of probate and estate planning legislation and procedures.
